Creole Seasoning

My mouth is just waterin' as I write this! My brother was a food editor for a major newspaper and sent me some of this stuff when he was on a trip to New Orleans. That was almost 10 years ago and I still think it is one of the best seasoning mixes ever put together. It has a little kick (no, if you're a sissy, it ain't for you), a little salt and ….just add chicken and a charcoal grill for one of the best meals you EVER had. Use it liberally just before grilling and leave the skin on...for cryin' out loud, a little fat ain't gonna kill ya. Order a couple of 'em because you won't want to split yours with anybody!
