Comes with black pins and white pins but no instructions because either you know what it's for or you don't. We have clearly marked different areas to insert the pins for various good or bad things. The white pins are good, the black pins are bad. Since most people only use the black pins to stick in the heart or the groin, we figured we'd give you some milder choices, like an IRS audit, a bounced check, or a flat tire. The "Made in China" printed on the sole of his foot is because we have to put that on there as part of the deal with our Chinese broker. Please don't stick a pin there because it might burn the factory down in China, and that's bad for business.
Includes sharp pins, not suitable for children under 5.
